The first step in our NS-Metrics process is to develop a comprehensive situation analysis. Research is employed, when necessary, to gain reliable market intelligence and establish baseline metrics.
A strategic review of markets, customer segments, awareness levels and perceptions is performed. The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for each product and service are charted by market opportunity.
From this analysis comes a refined assessment of targeted delivery vehicles and messages to reach and persuade prospects. Positioning statements, main messages and calls-to-action are developed for each customer segment, product or service. Objectives, strategies and tactics are then formalized to penetrate the target markets.
Then it’s time to bring those tactics to life. We execute – developing and producing all communications programs according to planned schedules and budgets.
