Interactive Creative Director

ec-connection is a growing, full-service interactive agency located in downtown Milwaukee. We work with national and international clients to create and maintain market-leading websites and online promotional campaigns. We are currently seeking an experienced senior creative candidate to manage and grow the business unit.

Responsibilities include: Staff and workflow management, new business development, establishing and maintaining client relationships. Strong presentation skills as well as detailed knowledge of interactive technologies, website design and development and online promotions and research a must.

Proficient knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, ActionScript, Dreamweaver and Fireworks a must. Illustrator and Photoshop skills desired. A strong sense of design and portfolio of work demonstrating this skill set is required.

B.A./B.S. or higher and 3-5 years management experience required.
