Facing negative perceptions of their capabilities within a tight-knit community, Ministry Health Care began a mission to reintroduce themselves to the public. We helped highlight their commitment with messaging within the community itself, using outdoor, radio, television, print and online communications to place real-life caregivers at the forefront. Both internal and external audiences embraced the authentic connection and commitment to care at the heart of the campaign.
